# Connecting payment processing and reconciliation

Tokenisation, deposit and withdrawal balancing, a dedicated payment service and automated reconciliation at Winline.

## Problem

Improve payment processing and partner settlements while connecting provider records to the internal operational workflow.

## Constraints

Changes depended on business stakeholders, payment providers and DevOps, frontend, backend, QA and analytics teams.

## My role

As Special Projects Manager, I coordinated business requirements, analytical decomposition, development planning and release communication.

## Decision

Move payment functionality into a dedicated internal service and combine tokenisation, balancing and automated provider reconciliation.
