# Launching IguCasino and IguBet

Two SOFTSWISS brands, an affiliate programme and a retention workflow built with SupportLab, Customer.io and Telegram.

## Problem

Prepare casino and betting products for launch, then connect acquisition, payments, content and retention to day-to-day product operations.

## Constraints

Delivery required coordination between an internal commercial and creative team and the external platform team.

## My role

As Project Manager, I coordinated the product lifecycle, team delivery and the platform supplier, from planning through launch and development.

## Decision

Build the brands on SOFTSWISS, establish Iguana-Affiliates and integrate SupportLab to connect lifecycle communication with Customer.io and Telegram.

IguCasino, IguBet and the Iguana-Affiliates programme went live within planned timelines.

SupportLab, Customer.io and Telegram supported the retention strategy.

Product and bonus economics informed loyalty programme decisions.

## Result

IguCasino and IguBet went live within planned timelines. Iguana-Affiliates was established, and the retention strategy was implemented with SupportLab.
